President George W. Bush personally thanks Airmen of the Texas Air National Guard 149th Fighter Wing and the 59th Medical Wing for their volunteer efforts in processing over 700 evacuees displaced due to Hurricane Gustav Sept.1 at Port San Antonio, Texas.
