FALLS CHURCH, Va. --   Emergency medical technicians from 21 Air Force bases from around the world gathered at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico, to participate in the 11th annual EMT Rodeo 2018, a two-day competition testing their knowledge and readiness training during high-stress scenarios.
