January: New Year, New You Month

The new year provides an opportunity to emphasize the importance of health and wellness within the Air Force community. This month we focus on the importance of a holistic approach to wellness that includes proper nutrition, physical activity, mental wellness, tobacco-free living, and proper sleep habits. The Air Force Medical Service offers our patients various online tools and resources that provide information about ways to improve health and wellness by developing healthy habits and practices.
