U.S. Air Force Maj. Steven Savage, 21st Medical Squadron general dentist, demonstrates the Sirona Unit Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Milling Crown unit to Col. Thomas Falzarano, 21st Space Wing commander, during his visit to the 21st MDS at Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado, Jan. 22, 2020. With the help of the unit, the 21st MDS is able to provide patients who need crowns the same day at Schriever AFB. This technology reduced the amount of Schriever Airmen on dental profiles.
