An AFMS look at an aeromedical evacuation mission from the 11th Medical Group Aeromedical Staging Facility at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, the primary East Coast hub for aeromedical evacuations, returning sick or injured patients from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East to the U.S.
