Closure: Closed Federal Holidays and AFMC Family Days Closed on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month from 1200 - 1630 for training.

Patients have the right to make recommendations, ask questions, or file complaints to the MTF Patient Advocate using provide contact information. These individuals can be identified by the pictures posted in their respective sections. Please afford these trained professionals the opportunity to resolve your issue at the lowest level.

Please be sure to pick up your copy of "A Guide to Patient Rights and Responsibilities Our Commitment to You" and the "78 MDG Family Health Clinic Reference Guide". These two references will help answer a lot of your questions.
