About us: We serve all eligible active duty and TRICARE beneficiaries. If your prescription was written by an off-base provider, you will need to ask your provider for a new prescription to be sent to us electronically. Self-Initiated Care Kit (SICK) Program. Empowering beneficiaries to treat minor illnesses, the SICK Program allows you to pick up Over-the-Counter meds for yourself and dependent children under 18 years of age. There’s a limit of three medications per patient, per month. The forms needed for medication requests are located in the pharmacy waiting area. At the pharmacy kiosk, when prompted, select the SICK Program. This program is not meant to replace the advice of medical personnel. Note: Flyers and pregnant women are not authorized to use the Sick Program.
