About us: The primary objectives of the ADAPT Program are to: promote readiness, health, and wellness through the prevention and treatment of substance misuse; to provide comprehensive education and treatment to individuals who experience problems attributed to substance misuse; and to restore function and return members to unrestricted duty status, or to assist them in their transition to civilian life, as appropriate. ADAPT provides service for all active duty personnel with alcohol or drug problems. The three methods of referral: self-identification; commander’s identification; and medical referral. The ADAPT staff is also available for presenting information and participating in outreach activities upon request.

About us: We offer routine laboratory draws and urinalysis for active duty personnel, retirees and dependents. Glucose tolerance tests and post vasectomy semen analysis are also offered until 3 p.m.
About us: We provide outpatient services to active duty personnel. These services include: individual therapy; group therapy; medication management; special duty assessments; command consultation; psychological testing and outreach services. Appointments can be made through a self-referral by calling the clinic or through a consult from a medical provider. A mental health provider is available every day during business hours for walk-ins. If there is any emergency after-hours, an on-call mental health provider is available for consultation. Mental Health also offers Disaster Mental Health services to units who expect to be or have been exposed to potentially traumatic stress.

About us: We treat acute illnesses, chronic illnesses and conduct personal health assessments. Services available: Disease Management for diabetes, HTN, HLD, and obesity; Case Management for specialty cases, diseases, and medical issues; Behavioral Health Occupational Program; specialty referrals for Tripler ARMY Hospital and Makalapa NAVY clinic; referrals for physical therapy, registered dietician, mental health, smoking cessation, and sleep class; Shaving Clinic for shaving waivers, with group appointments every second and fourth Wednesday from 2 to 3 p.m. Call to schedule. Minor procedures and specialty services are primary care manager dependent. Schedule an appointment with your primary care manager to for further evaluation and discussion.

About us: The clinic offers routine eye and urgent care to active duty personnel. Also offers refractive surgery consults and workups for active duty patients, as well as initial flying class I, II, and III physicals. Dependents and retirees may be seen for urgent care if mission capacity permits.

About us: We provide well-baby care and treatment of childhood illnesses and other conditions on an outpatient basis for 16 years old and below. Walk-in appointments are available for suture removals, throat cultures, wart treatments if previously evaluated by a provider, and weight checks when ordered by a provider. Walk-in hours for these services are 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. They may not see a provider for walk-in services as they are performed by nurse or medic staff. Urgent conditions should be brought to the Urgent Care clinic. Well-baby appointments are provided at three to five days, two weeks, two months, four months, six months, nine months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months and then annually.

About us: At present, we are only seeing active duty personnel. Overflow active duty referrals and referrals for non-active duty which cannot be booked at Trippler Army Medical Center will be deferred to the network. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out required paperwork. No aqua therapy, and no TBI, neuro, pelvic floor.
