Colonel Gregory S. Cullison is the Commander, 75th Medical Group, 75th Air Base Wing, Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill AFB, Utah. He leads 450 active duty, civilian and contract personnel. The 75th Medical Group provides operational and primary health care support to over 71,000 TRICARE beneficiaries in four states. Besides direct support to the Center, the 75th Medical Group provides primary support to the 388th Fighter Wing, the 419th Fighter Wing, the Utah Test and Training Range, activated reserve component service members and 61 associate units throughout northern Utah.

Colonel Cullison was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He entered active duty in 1989 when he enlisted in the United States Army as an infantryman. After serving three years in the Army, he transitioned into the Pennsylvania Army National Guard during graduate school. In 1995, he received a direct commission into the Air Force Medical Service Corps (MSC). He has held a variety of positions within the medical service and MSC career field, including Associate Corps Director, Health Services Administration course director and instructor of Health Plan Management, and has served as flight commander of medical readiness, managed care, medical records, and resource management, as well as executive officer. He is a board-certified Health Care Executive, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and has earned recognition as Fellow, Academy for Healthcare Management.
